Same Day Cancellations (AERIAL ONLY)

Please email us at support@openhomesphotography.com 3 hours prior to the appointment if the weather appears to be overcast and you would like to cancel or reschedule for later that same day. Same day cancellation fees will not apply if you cancel 3 hours before the appointment time.

Due to the nature of Aerial Photography, we are unable to operate the drones if there is any moisture in the air at the time of the shoot. 

Additionally, we can not fly in winds over 15 mph.

In some cases, due to FAA regulations, fights are not allowed in certain locations.

The assigned photographer will make the assessment if any of the above complications might arise.

If we are unable to complete the shoot at the scheduled date and time, we will contact you to reschedule.
