How do I prepare for an aerial drone appointment?

Here are a couple of tips to get the most out of your aerial drone appointment.

For aerial twilight shoots, please have all indoor and outdoor lights on ahead of the scheduled shoot time.
Please check the weather forecasts on the day of the aerial photo/video shoot (drones are unable to fly in rain, high winds, and low fog).
Do not schedule an Open House or Broker tour.
Try to make sure the property is clear of cars and trucks. Unfortunately, we are unable to edit out vehicles from aerial photos or videos.
Please make sure that all outdoor spaces are clean and tidy, lawn, trees, and bushes are trimmed and well maintained and any yard equipment and garage cans are hidden or out of view.
