What assets do I receive when I order a Video Tour?

Each Video Tour package—whether Highlight, Cinematic, Luxury, or Aerial—includes multiple versions of your video, each designed for a specific use. You’ll receive branded and unbranded versions for your property website and MLS, along with a 30-second teaser and a free vertical social version. The sections below explain what’s included in each version and where they’re best used.

Branded Video

Your Branded Video includes the property address graphic near the beginning and a VCT (contact card) at the end. This version is ideal for the branded version of your Open Homes property website.

Unbranded Video

The Unbranded Video provides a clean version without agent or brokerage branding. This is required for MLS, used on the unbranded version of your Open Homes property website, and anywhere else you need a horizontal (16:9) unbranded video.

Teaser Video

The Teaser Video is a 30-second highlight reel showcasing the home’s best features. This version also serves as the Hero video on your Open Homes property website, playing in the background at the top of the page.

Vertical Social Video

Provided at no extra charge, the Vertical Social Video is the same as the teaser video but reformatted (cropped) for vertical viewing on social media. If you’re in need of something with a little more “punch”, we also offer a Social Media Edit Add-On — a post-production upgrade that transforms your main Video Tour footage into a dynamic, vertically formatted edit designed specifically for social media.

Social Media Videos

When you order a video created specifically for social media—such as a Social Walkthrough Video, Social Influencer Video, or Social Video Edit Add-On—you’ll typically receive a single version that’s optimized for vertical viewing on social platforms. These videos usually omit traditional branding graphics, since property details and contact information are often included in the post caption or your profile bio.

If you’d prefer a traditionally branded version of your social media video, just let us know—we’re happy to provide one!
