What’s included—and what’s not
Aerial (drone) video is not automatically included with our standard Video Tours. When you order a Highlight, Cinematic, or Luxury Video, your Visual Artist will capture interior and exterior ground-based (terrestrial) footage only.
Aerial Video is available as an optional add-on or as a standalone product:
- As a standalone Aerial Video, you’ll receive a 1–2 minute video focused entirely on the property and its surroundings.
- As an add-on to a Video Tour, aerial footage is incorporated into your main video, typically totaling 15–30 seconds.
If you’d like to add Aerial Video to an existing order, please email support@openhomesphotography.com or call us at (415) 592-5187.

When does aerial video make sense?
Aerial video is most effective when the location, setting, or scale of a property adds meaningful value to the story. Homes with large lots, unique architecture, bay or ocean views, hillside views, or proximity to downtown, parks, trails, or open space often benefit the most.
If you’re unsure whether aerial video is a good fit, your Visual Artist can discuss options with you on site!
