I'm viewing my 3D Matterport Tour. Why is the floor in my property scan blurred when I look down?

Unfortunately, there is no solution at this time. The Matterport camera is the size of a small carry-on suitcase and is held by a large tripod. Matterport technology blurs out the tripod.
