How Do I Download High- and Low-Resolution (Print/Web) Photos?

How to Download Your Photos in Print and Web Resolution

1. From your dashboard, click the Photography Service button for the listing you'd like to access.

2. Click Go to Media Manager.

3. In the top-right corner, click Download All Assets.

4. To download only the high-resolution (print) images, select Download Print Images.

5. To download only the web-optimized images, select Download Web Images.

6. To download both formats, select Download Web & Print Images.

7. Click Accept & Download.

8. A download status window will appear—your files will begin preparing.

9. Once ready, click "Click here to download your selected files."
