Our Aerial Approach

At Open Homes we aim to show off the best selling points of your property from the air. We can obtain unique perspectives by being elevated such as birds' eye views, unique angles that show off architectural elements, and perspectives that put the subject property in the context of its surroundings.

We have a proprietary process that allows us to extract the highest possible quality from aerial materials. We approach the property at higher and lower altitudes and vary our angles of approach in order to get an all-encompassing view. By flying low we can also interact with elements around the property and create extra interest and drama. 

In order to best prepare for an aerial shoot, the property, grounds, and surrounding area should be clean and clear of any distracting elements like equipment, trash, vehicles, and people.
