On our order form, you'll see several listing statuses including Off Market, Private and Office Exclusive. These will set your listing to private automatically to prevent your websites from appearing on google early or vimeo videos being discoverable. We also offer the option to enter a Go-Live date which will do the same thing until that date. This date can be entered when placing the order, or from your dashboard at a later time.

Office Exclusive/Private/Off-Market → Listings that are only viewable with a shared link
“Office Exclusive,” “Off-Market,” and “Private” listings are all hidden from syndication and search engines. They are only accessible to those with whom you share the link.

Create a new order
On the "Details" page of the order form, you'll see the checkboxes for listing status. Select "Off market", "Private listing" or "Office exclusive" for which is most accurate for your listing.
Go Live Date → Your intended marketing start date
Your listing’s Go-live date is the date you intend to market the property — not just the day you add it to the MLS. For example, if you plan to post the listing on Instagram one day before submitting it to the MLS, you need to set your Go Live Date to that earlier date. This ensures everything works properly behind the scenes (like previews, thumbnails, and descriptions) and keeps your marketing in sync across platforms.

Create a new order
On the "Details" page of the order form, you'll see the checkboxes for listing status. Enter a date in the Go-live date section.

Navigate to the listing you'd like to update the Go-live date for
Click on the order to expand the details of the listing
Click the pencil next to Edit Details
Enter your new Go-live date in the field for it and click "Update"
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if my Go-live date passes and I need to extend it more?
Once the Go-live date passes and the listing becomes public, changing the date to a later time will not hide or unpublish the listing. Once it’s live, it remains live — unless you unpublish it and allow time for search engines to remove it from their index.
Can I change my Go-live date before its passed?
Yes, absolutely. Navigate to your order, click the pencil next to "Edit Details" and pick a new date in the future. You won't be able to set it back in time, however.
What if the status of my listing changes and I need to make my assets discoverable?
No worries at all! Simply navigate to the order you need to publish, click the pencil next to "Edit Details" and toggle the option for "Publish Listing"
